Ingredients
1/2 cup cacao
1/4 cup cacao butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
2-3 tbsp of rice malt syrup or maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like it, or if you use a sweetened protein powder)
30g natural peanut butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup True Protein WPI 90 in Rich Chocolate
A pinch of salt
Method

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt your cacao butter and coconut oil.

Next, add the sweetener and peanut butter powder & peanut butter, use a whisk to combine.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine

Pour into chocolate block mold and into the fridge to set
Note: if you don’t have a chocolate block mold you can simply line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour the chocolate onto that making chocolate bark.
