Beet, Berry & Matcha Smoothie

Are you looking to mix up your morning smoothie? or just try something different? Try this delicious Beetroot, Berry and Matcha Smoothie. Packed with vitmains and minerals, this recipe serves 2.

Ingredients 

1 scoop Vanilla True Whey Protein Isolate 

100g True Instant Oats 

1 scoop Matcha Green Tea Powder 

100g mixed berries

200g Greek or coconut yogurt

1 raw baby beetroot, chopped

250ml coconut water

 

Method

1. Mix all ingredients into a high powered blender.

2. If you don't have a high powered blender, grate beetroot first.

3. Blend.

4. Enjoy!
