How often do you train?
I train almost always once a day in a one big session usually 3-4hours long.
How do you take your supplements?
I supplement myself around my busy schedule of coaching and training to get in the necessary calories. I use the True Oats and Whey to get protein and carbs in extra before training and often as a “meal” post training to make sure I don’t go too long without feeding my body. I’ll use ZMA and Creatine at night time for recovery and sleep, and I use MCT oil everyday in my morning coffee.
