Rob Forte is a world-class CrossFit® competitor, who has competed at the CrossFit Games® in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and competed as part of a team in 2018. Rob has a strong, positive mindset and is always determined to improve and develop himself as both an athlete and a coach. He raced motocross at a high level as a junior and through his teens. He learnt from a young age that in order to do well he needed to set goals and train hard to achieve those goals, and he continues to apply this attitude to all of his endeavours.
How often do you train?
I train once a day (normally 2-3 hours) for 5-6 days per week. I normally take a full week off training after major competitions.
How do you take your supplements?
I have a scoop of Vegan protein with my oats in the morning. During training, I have BCAA’s and Cluster Dextrin. Post workout I have the WPI90, Creatine Mono and Endurance. At night, one of my favourites is Mug Cake.
