Odette is a dedicated sprinter who is sponsored by Under Armour. She is a running coach and online influencer. Australian Survivor season 2 contestant, owner of Athletic Medic Sports Podiatry and Founder of Urban Run. Odette has represented the state in sprinting, most recently competing in the professional track league winning 2nd in the 300m. Odette's sights are set on competing in the Masters Games as a track athlete, and you will also catch her and her run crew at many fun run events. Odette is truly a community leader that inspires others to live a healthy lifestyle through physical activity and good nutrition.
How often do you train?
I train 5 to 6 days per week with one rest day. My training modalities are sprinting on the track, sand sprints, pilates, boxing and weights.
How do you take your supplements?
I am always on the go, so I love combining my supplements in a potent power smoothie and taking it with me to sip on throughout the day.
