Introducing in the True Protein corner we have Kerry ‘The Elf’ Foley. 25yr old Foley is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is he going for the Australian Light Heavy Weight Boxing title, he is also a respected MMA fighter.
Following a freak training injury, where he lost all feeling down his left side by sustaining serious disc damage in his neck, Foley was left looking like a twig. However that didn’t stop him, he spent a year recovering and rebuilding all his lost muscle and strength, he is now stronger and better than ever.
Foley’s fans love him because he loves to be an entertainer and winning by knock out.
“You won’t find me snaking my way to any world title. I’m going to get there by knocking people out cold. I want to ice my opponents; it’s as simple as that.”

I train 6 days a week, 2-3 times a day.
How do you feel on True Protein?
Being a weight restricted athlete makes it very hard to find the energy needed to train hard and recover properly. With my priority on making my weight division, a low calorie diet is needed in conjunction with a high output of training. With everything from strength to endurance training each and every day. Ever since I have found true protein my energy levels are through the roof and I'm pumped to hit the gym. With their product being all natural they don't leave me sluggish like other products with all the fillers. As well as my recovery is rapidly increased and I wake up with energy ready for the day. From their aminos to pre workouts and proteins which is my staple of sups. They are by far the stand out that I've tried.
