Josh O’Sullivan is an athlete who has competed in various fields. Representing his school, district and state as a young adult in rugby league/athletics/cross country/AFL/rugby union. Josh moved into martial arts as an adult competing in boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, judo and BJJ earning his black belt in 2015 competing in national and international competitions around the world. Josh Placed 1st in the GI Australian Black Belt Competition also picking up pan pacific, state and interstate titles along the way.
Josh Recently entered into the first season of Australian Ninja Warrior where he was one of only very few to make to the semi-finals without touching the water throughout the competition. Today, Josh is training twice a day in various elements of ninja training from rock climbing, parkour, high lining, yoga, meditation and callisthenics getting ready for the next season of Australian Ninja Warrior.

I always make time to train twice a day.

I like mixing my supplements with water in a shake form.
