Jordan Bender is a 24-year-old CrossFit athlete. He has competed in CrossFit for 8 years now and has been to regionals competing as both an individual and in a team. He was part of the team that won the region and competed at the Games twice. Jordan’s best lifts to date include a 160kg clean and jerk, a 127 kg snatch, a 210 kg deadlift and 100 kg strict press. Jordan has a huge passion for health and fitness and aims to inspire others to find a love and lifestyle for health and fitness.
How often do you train?
I train almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Throughout the year my training varies a lot but it always includes strength work, metabolic conditioning and I also do kickboxing twice a week.
How do you take your supplements?
I always start my day with a smoothie consisting of True Vegan85 protein as well as many products from the great True health range. Post training I always take True post and I am regularly sipping on True Dextrose throughout my training.
What is your Favourite supplement?
My favourite supplement is True Greens. I am a big believer that health comes first and this product allows me to always put my best foot forward towards this no matter what my day has in store. I never go a day without it.
