Harriet’ past sports were swimming and gymnastics. She is now heavily involved in CrossFit®.

Harriet’s achievements have been:

2015 Crossfit Regionals® Individual- 10th

How often do you train?
I train 1-2 times a day, up to 6 days a week!

How do you take your supplements?
Currently, I’m using WPI90, True Post Workout, Dextrose, and BCAA’s. I take my Dextrose, BCAA’s and Intra workout during my training, whilst I take True Post Workout in the 15-30 minutes following exercise. I use WPI90 in my breakfast smoothie – ½ cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon flaxseed, 1 handful of blueberries, 1 handful of strawberries, and 1 scoop of WPI90 Rich Chocolate! I’ll also have a whey isolate shake mid-morning or in the afternoon if I need a snack.

What’s your favourite supplement?
My favourite supplement is definitely Premium WPI90. I have it every day for breakfast, as an afternoon snack, and in my post workout shake!
