Emily Gielnik is a professional footballer (soccer player) preparing for the women’s World Cup in France in 2019. In love with the idea of a quality soy latte, boxing as cross training and the beach lifestyle, Emily has her hands in all aspects of the fitness industry. She is a personal trainer and gym owner as well as a striker for Melbourne Victory and plays for the Matildas national women’s soccer team.
How often do you train?
I train every single day, most times twice a day but I get in some cross training whenever and wherever I can. I’m also extremely stubborn and guilty for Not taking rest days

How do you take your supplements?
I use WPI90 in protein shakes, mixed into my overnight oats and basically any excuse to get my hands on some extra recovery or fuel.
What is your favourite True Protein supplement and why?
WPI90, and to be honest absolutely any flavour. I’ve tried several flavours and I cannot fault any of them and cannot decide on a favourite but so far, Salted Caramel for the win!
