Bree is a 21-year-old beach sprinter from the Gold Coast who competes for Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club. Recently, Bree became the current Open Women’s Beach Sprint World Champion and placed second in the Open Women’s Beach Flags. Bree is full of ambition and has already represented both her state and country on various platforms. Regularly training hard, eating clean, and pushing herself to the limit, Bree is well and truly the embodiment of a True athlete.
How often do you train?
I train 6 days a week! Some days include 2 sessions (sprint and gym) and others just 1!
How do you take your supplements?
I use my Premium Whey Protein Isolate every day! I mix it with water and consume within the first 15 - 30 mins following exercise to ensure I get the most effective use for muscle growth and recovery! Additionally, I often use this protein to create my fruit smoothies, along with my organic greens powder and vitamin c powder, to add that extra health kick to keep my immune system to its best!

My favourite supplement is the Premium Whey Protein Isolate, Rich Chocolate flavour. After a couple of weeks my body started to adapt to the product and I started to feel stronger and my body was recovering quicker!
