Ashleigh is a health and fitness enthusiast from the Gold Coast. From the age of 5, Ash started training for track and field and by the age of 17 was representing Australia in 400m events. Ash's track career ended when she made the ultimate decision to focus on her university degree. Ash now owns and operates F45 training Labrador on the Gold Coast and is the current F45 Playoffs champion in both NSW and QLD, she also holds the current highest score for females globally. The F45 Playoffs is a 10-minute fitness challenge testing ALL components of fitness. Most people call Ash CRAZY and are not surprised by the insane fitness challenges she puts herself through! Ash is now the mama to her son Kingston training all the way up to the day before she went into labor! She is loving her postpartum journey and is looking forward to the future comps!

Do you have a favourite training song or quote you train by?
I live by the motto 'earned not given' everything you want is there for the taking but first, you must put in the work to get it!

How often do you train?
I train twice a day, 6 days per week. Sundays are my recovery day where I'll either take a complete rest day or I'll do active recovery depending on the training load during the week and how my body has held up!
I used to train 6 days per week, 2 sessions per day. Now with my little Bubba, I am getting in 4-5 F45 sessions per week & 3 sport-specific sessions! Sunday’s are a complete recovery day or I’ll do active recovery (nice leisurely walks with my son strapped to me)!

How do you take your supplements?
I love my post WPI90 shake, which I always get in 20 minutes after training. Depending on the food I'm consuming and the type of training I am doing, I will make it with either water or with coconut milk (yes, it tastes like a milkshake)! Occasionally I will substitute one of my snacks for protein pancakes or a mug cake! My PM routine is Glutamine, ZMA and Night 85 every night without fail.

What’s your favourite True supplement?
It's hard to pick just one favourite... but I swear by ZMA
I have really found the quality of my sleep has improved noticeably as well as huge improvements in muscle recovery!
