How often do you train?
I train 7-8 sessions a week, including 2 double days and 1 track session
How do you take your supplements?
I take True Organic Greens Powder in the morning, True Endurance Fuel in Lemon Burst during training, and True Post Workout in Rich Chocolate immediately after training. I also regularly supplement fish oil. If I’m hungry I’ll make a protein packed smoothie; 400ml almond milk, 1 frozen banana, 1 scoop of WPI90 in French Vanilla and 2 tablespoons of almond butter.
What’s your favourite supplement?
My favourite supplement is True Post Workout in Rich Chocolate, it contains protein, high GI carbs and amino acids, the perfect combination for after training. I eat a balanced, macronutrient rich diet, but with all my training I need lots of help with recovery - I struggle to eat directly after sessions. Having True Post Workout is extremely convenient, I know exactly what’s in it and I can be sure I’m giving my body what it needs for optimal recovery.
