True Protein Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pitted dates (soak these overnight in 1/2 cup of either Coconut Water, Apple juice or Orange juice)
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup True Protein Raw Cacao (Not Cocoa! Big difference)
3/4 cup True Whey Protein Concentrate - Rich Chocolate
1/4 cup Protein Organic Chia Seeds
2 tbsp slivered almond
3 tbsp sunflower seeds

Method

1. Blend the soaked dates (with remaining liquid) with the coconut oil till a "chunky puree" is achieved.
2. Mix the date/coconut puree with remaining ingredients.
3. Roll into balls (rub some coconut oil onto your hands while doing this) dust with Cacao powder.

Will last in an airtight container refrigerated for 2 weeks.
