Apple Cinnamon Protein Pancakes

1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 tsp baking soda
2 scoops of True Protein WPC Apple & Cinnamon flavour
6 eggs
1/2 cup of full fat coconut milk


1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until a smooth texture is achieved.
2. Heat up saucepan and use a small amount of coconut oil to grease the pan.
3. Pour mixture onto saucepan in batches and flip when lightly browned.


Fresh fruit makes a perfect pancake topping!  Layers of berries and bananas are my ultimate go-to.

Or for a more decadent topping, create a guilt-free choc sauce.  Simply mix coconut oil, left over coconut milk, raw cacao & honey to taste. Pour generously over your cakes. Yum!
