No Bake Vegetarian Blueberry Muffin Balls

Make sure you've always got a health snack available with these delicious vegetarian blueberry muffin balls. 

Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped and slithered nuts

2 scoops of True Protein French Vanilla PRODefine 

1/2 cup chopped and pitted dates

1 cup of odried blueberries

2 tbps vanilla essence

1/2 cup almond milk

1 Squeezed lemon

Method:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients together.

2. Pour mixture into food processor and blend.

3. Form into bite sized balls and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes to firm up. 

4. Enjoy!
