Try this delicious, healthy meal for the whole family. Serves 4-6.
2 baby cos lettuce, washed and chopped
400g baby tomatoes, chopped
1/4 small red onion, sliced
1/3 cooked quinoa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
4 cans tuna in springwater
1 Freshly squeezed lemon
1. Place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, quinoa and oregano in a large bowl.
2. Add tuna (undrained). Drizzled freshly squeezed lemon. Mix to combine.
