250g strawberries, hulled
2 cups raw cashews
8 fresh dates
Organic Vanilla Powder
2 tbsp cacao butter, melted
Pinch pink salt
1/4 cup coconut flour + 1 tbsp
1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
Dessicated coconut to roll
- Whizz cashews till fine in food processor then pop them into a bowl.
- Next whizz dates to a paste, add strawberries and whizz till smooth.
- Pop the nuts, vanilla, chia seed, cacao butter & coconut flour and whizz to combine.
- Roll into balls and then in coconut, refrigerate to firm
