Cacao Breakfast Mousse

This yummy breakfast will keep you powering all morning with the added bonus of veggies you won’t even know are there, Trust us!

Recipe makes 2 small servings.

10 Activated brazil nuts (soak the raw brazils the night before)

200 ml coconut water

2 tbsp Organic Raw Cacao Powder 

2 tbsp Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate 

1 tsp maca powder (optional, but great for energy)

1/4 small avocado

1 tsp MCT (caprylic acid) you can leave this out or use coconut oil instead

1/2 small zucchini, chopped

Ice to blend



1. Mix all your ingredients into the blender. 

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Serve with your favourtive toppings

4. Enjoy!
