Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Try this easy, healthy smoothie bowl for a fresh way to start your day. 

Ingredients 

1 1/2 Frozen Bananas

1 Scoop of Premium Whey Protein Isolate (NZ) Natural

1 1/2 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter 

100-200ml Coconut Water (depending how thick you like it)

 

Method

1. Blend and top with coconut Flakes, chai Seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, chopped dates & Peanut Butter.

2. Enjoy!
