Makes around 16 balls.
60gr True Protein vanilla protein powder of your choice
1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup nut butter of your choice
1/4-1/2 cup coconut water
pinch of Pink Himalayan Rock Salt
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp True Protein Acai Powder
50 gram sugar free chocolate or dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup True Protein Chia Seeds for rolling
1. In a bowl pop all your ingredients in and mix til combined. I like to get my hands into it to mix it really well.
2. Form into balls and roll in chia seeds.
3. Store in the fridge for up to a week in an air tight container.
