Choc Peanut Quinoa Granola

Makes 4 Cups

Baking time: 20-25 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats 

1 cup quinoa flakes 

1/2 cup quinoa 

1/2 cup sunflower seeds 

1 cup peanuts, roughly chopped 

1 scoop (20g) True Protein Collagen in Rich Chocolate

Pinch salt 

2 tbsp cacao powder 

1/4 cup olive oil 

1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup 

2 egg whites

 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius fan forced.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup and egg whites. 

  4. Add the wet mixture into the dry and stir until well combined.

  5. Transfer to a lined baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes, taking the tray out after 15 minutes to toss the granola.

  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
